Data deletion
1. Who this page is for
This page explains how to have your data deleted from 314, a service of 314 Labs LLC. It covers three situations:
- you have a 314 account and want it, or part of its data, deleted;
- you connected an outside account to 314 — for example your Meta (Facebook) ads account — and want that connection and what it brought in removed;
- you are a customer or a website visitor of a business that uses 314.
What we collect and why is described in our Privacy Policy; this page is only about removing it.
2. A connected Meta (Facebook) account
When you connect Meta Ads, 314 receives read-only access to your ad accounts and stores: your Facebook name, the list of ad accounts you can reach, and, for the ad accounts chosen for the project, the campaigns, ad sets and ads (their names, whether each is on or paused and whether it is delivering, their budgets and schedules) and what each of them spent, was shown and was clicked per day. We do not receive your Facebook password, your email address, your friends or anything you post.
To stop access at once: open Settings → Integrations → Meta Ads in your 314 account and choose Disconnect. The flow of data stops immediately and the access token we held is erased in the same step.
To remove 314 on Facebook’s side as well: in Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find 314 and choose Remove.
To delete what was already received — the stored campaigns, ad sets and ads and the daily spend figures — email sasha@the-314.com as described in section 4. Disconnecting alone does not erase them: they stay in your account so your past reports keep reading correctly, until you ask us to delete them or close the account.
3. Other connected systems
The same rule applies to every system you connect — Google Ads, Google Search Console, a Google Business Profile, Shopify, Stripe, a booking or an invoicing tool. Disconnecting it under Settings → Integrations stops the flow of data at once and erases the credentials we held for it. The records already received stay in your account until you delete them, ask us to, or close the account. Connected Shopify stores go one step further, as set out in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
4. Deleting your account or your data
Email sasha@the-314.com from the address your 314 account is registered to, and tell us what to delete:
- the whole account, with everything in it; or
- one connected system’s data (for example everything received from Meta); or
- a specific person’s profile and history.
We respond within 30 days and confirm once the data is deleted. If the email comes from an address we cannot match to the account, we ask for a confirmation from the account’s own address first, so that nobody can delete data that is not theirs.
When an account is closed without a deletion request, its data is kept for up to 90 days for backup and audit and then removed. A deletion request removes it earlier.
5. If you are a customer or visitor of a business that uses 314
That business decides how your data is used, so the quickest route is to ask them: they can delete your profile in their 314 account at any time. You can also write to us at sasha@the-314.com, name the business, and we will route the request to it.
