Questions, answered straight.

How does 314 know two visits are the same person?

The moment a visitor books, pays, fills in a form or clicks your email, 314 knows who they are, and every earlier visit joins their profile.

Phone and laptop are joined by device and network, or later by a matching email or phone.

What if someone never gives an email?

They stay an anonymous visitor with every visit kept. If they book one day, the history comes with them.

Do I have to change my forms or booking page?

No code. Bookings and payments come from the systems you connect. A form on your own site needs one attribute.

How far back does a profile go?

Visits start with the snippet. Bookings, orders and payments bring their history with them.

Can I import my customer list?

Yes, from a CSV. Every contact becomes a profile that fills in as they visit, book and pay.

Can I delete someone completely?

Yes. One delete removes their profile, visits and messages everywhere in 314.
